Pool Registration and Check In ProceduresThis year several changes have been made to the pool pass procedure in order to ensure the best possible experience for residents. A copy of the registration form is enclosed in this month’s newsletter and can also be downloaded from hamptonparkonline.com. Several key changes to pool procedures are listed below: •All homeowners are required to complete a new pool registration form •Homeowners must be in good standing at time of registration – pool access can be restricted if assessments are not current •Pool passes will be required for check-in system at the pool gate •Children under 12 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible chaperone that is 15 older and has an authorized pool pass. •Children ages 12-15 are eligible to attend the pool along if the following criteria is met: oProof of age must be provided by a valid form of identification, e.g. Birth certificate oA signed permission form on file with the association oChildren must turn 12 prior to September 30th of the current year •Children ages 12-14 cannot chaperone underage children to the pool - NO Exceptions •Visitor passes will be required for all guests oEach homeowner in good standing will be provided one FREE visitor pass at registration oThe Visitor pass will include five family passes (family of 4) and 10 individual passes. oAdditional Visitor passes will be sold during normal Fun House hours. Cost of Vistor Passes Complete Visitor pass including five family and ten individual passes - $50 Single Family pass - $10 Single Individual pass - $5 Babysitter/Extended family pass - $25 Replacement pool pass can be requested during normal Fun House hours at a cost of $5
