2008 Funhouse Family Checkout & Summer Pool Card Request Form

Pool Card Colors:
Blue: Anyone 15 +
Red: Child 12-14
Yellow: Child under 12 (must be with a blue card holder)

New Pool Cards can be ordered at the Fun House during normal hours starting May 7th. You must fill out the form and they will be ready within 2 days.

Here are the procedures to Receive your 2008 Summer Pool Passes:

Pool passes from previous years are valid for Summer 2008. Residents can fill out the Pool Card Request form listed on this HOA website.

You may drop off the form at the Funhouse by putting it in the drop box or giving it to Bill, our on-site manager or the Funhouse staff or you can mail your pool pass form to

Please contact the onsite manager and arrange a time to come by the Fun House to pick up your pool passes. It usually only takes two days to prepare your cards once the form has been received. If the Funhouse is open then you can pick up the pool pass at the Funhouse window.

Residents will need to provide their driver's license with their Hampton Park address or new residents can bring their home deed from their closing papers when picking up your pool passes.
